Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags for health and safety reasons.

Refund Process:

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you received the wrong product, we’ll gladly send the correct one at no extra charge.
