Returns & Refunds
✅ Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags for health and safety reasons.
✅ Refund Process:

- Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✅ Exchanges:
