We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

🚚 Canada: 3-7 business days
🌍 International: 7-21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.
  • International Shipping: Rates and customs fees vary by country.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us at tyler@lionsbraincoffee.com .

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please email tyler@lionsbraincoffee.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
